This idyllic location is truly unique. Nestled in the breathtaking landscape between the Carnic and Gailtal Alps lies the Pressegger See lake in the Gailtal valley. The magnificent view of the lake lets you forget any everyday stress and your flat is only a few steps away from the sunbathing lawn or the bathing jetty.

A cycling trip is ideal for the whole family. The Lake Resort is located directly on the R3 (Gailtalradweg) and leads for the most part on the asphalt cycle path along the river. For those who like it a bit more mountainous: there are enough trails in our region also for mountain bikers. For example, you can ride up with the gondola up Nassfeld and down with the MTB. Pump tracks for practising are available both on the mountain and in the valley. And if you have your e-bike with you on holiday, you are welcome to charge it in the bike room and explore the whole valley with it.

Hikes are possible for all age groups, whether a family hike on the Egger Alm, a mountain tour to the neighbouring peaks, or a tour on one of the many via ferratas - in our region everyone gets their money's worth!
Those who want to take it a little easier can grab a SUP and explore the 55-hectare Lake Pressegger See.
The diversity of species is particularly rewarding for fishermen: carp, tench, pike, catfish, zander and perch live in the water. And when the sun rises behind the Dobratsch or sets behind the Carnic Alps, it's high season for anglers.

Bathing place and private jetty
The lake access is shallow and has a demarcated non-swimmer area for the little ones. Sun loungers are available on the beach and a large sunbathing lawn offers plenty of space for everyone.
The private jetty also invites you to sunbathe. If you are looking for refreshment or refreshment in the summer heat, you will find it at the Lake Bar.

Lake Pressegger See is one of the warmest and most bathing-friendly lakes in Austria. The favourable climate guarantees bathing fun in the warm season - swimming, rowing, pedal boating, stand-up paddling and much more.
The Lake Resort also offers space for sports with its own beach volleyball court, spacious playground and children's playground for the little ones.

Our Lake SPA is hidden between reeds and bushes. The sauna house is accessible via its own footbridge. It offers 3 different saunas (1x Finnish sauna, 1x aroma sauna, 1x infrared cabin) and a relaxation room with panoramic window. The lake terrace, from which you can refresh yourself with a jump into the cool water, is exceptional.
