Fishing at Lake Pressegg

Lake Pressegg measures 55 hectares and is surrounded by a reed belt up to three metres high. The water is home to carp, tench, pike, catfish, zander and perch. A diversity of species that every angler would wish for!

The best times for a successful fishing trip are the early morning and late evening hours. When the sun rises behind the Dobratsch or sets behind the Carnic Alps, it is high season for anglers.
