Holidays are the most beautiful time of the year! However, should something come up, we offer you the following conditions:

Bookings with arrival date 06.01.-20.06. as well as 05.09. - 20.12.:
Up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by both contracting parties by unilateral declaration without payment of a cancellation fee. The cancellation declaration must be in the hands of the contracting party at the latest 14 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest. In this case the deposit will be refunded minus € 30,- handling charges. In the event of cancellation 13 days or less before the agreed arrival date, the guest must pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the holiday.

(2) Bookings with arrival date 20.06. - 05.09. as well as 20.12. - 06.01.: 
Up to 31 days before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by both contracting parties by unilateral declaration without payment of a cancellation fee. The cancellation declaration must be in the hands of the contracting party at the latest 31 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest. In this case the deposit will be refunded minus € 30,- handling charges.

In the event of cancellation 30 days or less before the agreed arrival date, the guest must pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the holiday.

(3) In case of a booking under the special conditions "Non refundable" the full amount of the accommodation costs will always be charged and a free cancellation is not possible in this case. The accommodation costs are due on the day of booking and cannot be refunded.

(4) Even if the guest does not make use of the booked rooms or departs earlier, he/she is obliged to pay the accommodation provider the agreed full amount.

No food is delivered to the resort, please enjoy the cuisine of the Alpen Adria Hotel or the other restaurants in the area.

The Beach Bar is located directly in the Lake Resort. There you can enjoy snacks, cooling drinks and ice cream from 12.00 - 18.00 in fine weather in July and August.

There is also a beach bar on the neighbouring Schluga beach. In good weather, this is open daily during the season from 11:00 - 19:00.  Drinks, ice cream and snacks (such as pizza, chips, pretzels, ...) are offered there.

Near the resort:

• "Seestubn - Zum Alois" at the Presseggen lido.
• Restaurant Alpen Adria Hotel (à la carte cuisine at lunchtime from 12.00 - 13.45)

Directly in the Lake Resort you will find a farm shop, with regional dishes and drinks!
There you will find the most important foodstuffs so that you can enjoy carefree holidays.
Besides pastries for your breakfast, you can choose between pasta and rice, fruit and vegetables, dairy products and alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic drinks.
The products can be paid for by credit card!

In Hermagor (6 km away) you can find the following supermarkets:

• Spar
• Billa
• Adeg
• Hofer

Dogs are generally allowed in the resort. The Lake Resort is a family-friendly holiday destination, therefore dogs must ALWAYS be kept on a lead.

Dogs are allowed at the beach bar, at the chairs/tables area, but not on the front lawn or near the water. Dogs are also not allowed in the children's playground and not near the sun loungers in the direct beach area.
Nearby at Schluga Beach there is a sunbathing lawn and bathing facilities for dogs - free of charge for Lake Resort guests.

If you want to swim with your dog, you can use the dog beach next to the Schluga Apartments (approx. 100 m away). There is a marked dog area there. You can take your dog on a leash to the beach bar and there is a 200m2 access to the water (dog pool). It is possible to cool off there - but not to swim out with the dog. New: dog agility park with: Agility A-Wall, catwalk, seesaw, slalom, hurdle and a tunnel! At Schluga Beach, please show your turquoise Lake Resort wristband for free admission!

At the Lake Resort you have access to the LAKE Spa (2 sauna cabins, 1 infrared cabin). Bathrobes, towels and a wellness bag are provided in all units.

Private Beach
We also offer you the possibility of renting an entire pier directly on the lake on a daily basis and exclusively. The Private Beach is equipped with six chairs, a table, two deckchairs and a parasol. The price for the exclusive rental, including a good bottle of Prosecco, is only 65 euros per day. Ideal for particularly romantic and secluded hours or undisturbed social rounds directly on the water! 

All apartments in the "Lake Premium" category have a Finnish sauna directly in their own apartment.

If you book by the week, the linen will be changed after 3 or 4 days. Sauna towels are changed more frequently if necessary. We ask you to throw the used towels on the floor in front of the apartment.

Please bring your own beach towels for the beach.

You can wash and dry your laundry in the basement of the Lake Resort by appointment. The key for the washing machine/dryer can be picked up at the reception and costs € 5,- per wash. You can bring your own detergent or buy it at the reception for € 1,- per wash.

Should you require travel cots and high chairs for your children, we will be happy to provide these free of charge. Please let us know when making your reservation. All flats are equipped with a kettle.

Apartments in the "Lake Premium" category have an allocated underground parking space. For the flats in the "Lake View" and "Lake Woody" categories, parking spaces are available directly at the complex.

There are 4 charging stations directly at the Lake Resort, which charge approximately 11 KW. You pay € 0,50 per charged KW in cash at the reception.

Each flat of the category "Lake View" and "Lake Woody" has a ladder trolley at your disposal for the transport of luggage. It is not possible to drive into the complex by car for loading and unloading.

Yes, you will find a Nespresso machine in each apartment. A starter set of coffee pods is provided in the apartment. Additional coffee pods can be purchased in the shop for € 0.70 each.

Unfortunately no - there is no barbecue area at the Lake Resort.
However, if you would like to barbecue on a balmy summer evening, you can bring your own electric barbecue. Please make sure to keep your distance from the other guests. It is forbidden to barbecue on the balcony of the Lake Premium Apartments!

You can borrow rackets and table tennis balls at the beach bar from the neighbouring Schluga beach! There are also table tennis tables to play on. There is no possibility to play table tennis directly at the Lake Resort.

Bicycles (mountain bikes, e-bikes, children's bikes) can be rented at Bikeparadies in Hermagor (6 kilometres away).
The bikes can be stored in the parking area to the right of the waste disposal. Guests of the Lake Woodys are kindly asked to leave their bikes directly at the accommodation.

The valley station of the Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometres of slopes is 12 kilometres away from the Lake Resort. The free ski bus runs directly from the resort to the ski area every 30 minutes during peak times. The bus stop is about 100m away. 

We have a ski depot in the basement of the main building where you can store your ski equipment. There you will also find a heated ski boot depot. The guests of the Lake Woodys and Views we ask to let their skiing equipment in the apartment.
Ski passes: We ask you to buy your ski passes online or directly at the skiing area.
